CASEY SCHRYER was born and raised in San Francisco. Originally an athlete, Casey discovered her passion for acting when she was 11 and has been hooked ever since. She recently graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University with a double major in Theater Arts and Anthropology and a minor in Classical Studies. At the moment, Casey resides in San Francisco, where she attended the American Conservatory Theater's spring semester program (pre-COVID). She will be moving to Los Angeles in the fall.
While Casey began her career as a stage actor, she has been venturing into screen and voice acting since 2016. Recently, she won first place in Brandeis University's Margaret Scheinman Prize in Film for her solo endeavor Were We Awake, which she created and acted in.
When Casey is not acting, she enjoys picking up new instruments and exploring the world around her through hiking and urban exploration. She has a keen interest in the stories of the places around her and employs this love of detail and history when diving into new characters.
